Resident Evil 3 developer M-Two works with Capcom on a larger remake

The studio supported by CAPCOM is reportedly working on an even larger project.

While the obvious assumption here would be resident Evil: Code - Veronica, If you want to believe the most recent reports, this game is far from development. The next guess would be resident evil 4 - but that is only speculation for the time being.

Resident Evil 3 is available on April 3 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Our review for the game has recently been released.
