Resident Evil 4 VR does not include mercenary mode, post game content and dialogue lines have been cut on Ashley
The users of Oculus Quest 2 can enjoy Resident Evil 4 VR from tomorrow, a new version of Virtual Reality of the Survival Horror of Capcom.
It is a totally new way to enjoy the adventures of Leon S. Kennedy, although unfortunately will not be all the content included in previous versions.
Through a Facebook statement, Resident Evil 4 VR creators have confirmed that the game does not include mercenary mode , nor does it additional content of post-game .
This implies that the events of Assignment Ada and Separate Ways , which involve the character of Ada Wong , will not be present at Resident Evil 4 VR ... Amen from the aforementioned mercenaries.
The why of these absences has not been specified. Both mercenaries and the additional contents of the story were unlocked at the end resident evil 4 for the first time.
In the same statement, it is also confirmed that this version for Oculus Quest has cut certain dialogues, scenes and animations of the original game, released in 2005 for GameCube.
Specifically, this cut-out content has to do with Ashley Graham, the president s daughter at Resident Evil 4. Capcom considers that it was another time and that Today are comments outdated .
Some Suggestion dialogues on Ashley have been eliminated, as well as a phrase from the character of Luis, who commented something about the body of the young woman. Nor will be a specific animation .
It also includes select changes in the dialogues and animations of the game that we believe will update Resident Evil 4 for a modern audience, explains the statement.
Perhaps the latter does not matter to the fans of Resident Evil, although the absence of separate ways, Assignment ADA and Mercenarios is a hard Varapalo ... that, at the moment, it has no explanation.
Resident Evil VR will arrive tomorrow, October 21 , in Exclusive for Oculus Quest 2 . If you never played the original or you want to relive the experience in virtual reality, this is a great option.
