RESIDENT EVIL 4 REMAKE is rumored that it is under development, and now there are reasons to believe that if CAPCOM reaches the 2005 survival terror classic, it will eliminate and censor part of the content. Resident Evil 4 VR , a remaster of the game created from scratch for virtual reality, will be launched tomorrow. Prior to this launch, there have been reports that part of the content has been eliminated and censored. Today, CAPCOM confirmed these reports, revealing that certain dialogues have been eliminated from the game along with certain animations.
More specifically, RESIDENT EVIL 4 VR has removed certain fragments of suggestive dialogue involving Ashley Graham, including the lines on her body. Meanwhile, players can no longer look over Ashley s skirt during the parts of the game in which the character is climbing and the scene in which Ashley suggests Leon that the couple returns to his house for a time Extra »has also been completely removed.
Talking to these changes, a Facebook representative says that these select changes went to update the game for a modern audience .
«Oculus Studios, Armature and Capcom were closely associated to remaste RESIDENT EVIL 4 from scratch for virtual reality«, Facebook said to IGN. This includes enveloping environments and high resolution graphics. It also includes select changes in the dialogues and animations of the game that we believe will update Resident Evil 4 for a modern audience ».
It remains to be seen what is the response of resident evil fans will be. None of these changes was advertised, so many fanatics of the series are now learning about them. Whatever the case, and whatever you think about the changes, suggests that similar changes could be on the table for a new version of resident evil 4 , which is not only rumored a lot, but it is inevitable after recent remakes of Previous games of the series.
